**About the Role**

Black Pearl is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Automotive Sales Territory Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth and profitability in the automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Create and implement sales plans to establish strong relationships with OEMs, national sales companies, importers, distributors, and dealerships.
  2. Sales Forecasting and Planning: Analyze market trends and develop sales forecasts to ensure accurate planning and execution of sales strategies.
  3. Account Management: Penetrate new markets and develop existing business by integrating product knowledge into a successful sales plan.
  4. Market Intelligence: Gather and analyze market insights to advise management on market trends and competitor activity.
  5. Internal Collaboration: Liaise with designers and product engineers to report new product ideas and ensure alignment with sales strategies.
  6. Customer Service and Support: Act as a single point of contact for all aspects of the business, including sales, technical, customer service, aftersales, warranty, finance, and logistics.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales and marketing in the automotive industry.
  • Strong understanding of sales strategies and market trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze market data and develop sales forecasts.
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
