Job Summary

We are seeking a Sales Manager to provide input to and lead implementation of Sales / Direct Sales practices through promotion and sale of technical and/or nontechnical products and/or services and solutions directly to current and new end customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet product/brand sales volumes and profit targets.
  • Monitor and revise lead generation plans to ensure a substantive sales opportunity pipeline.
  • Research and evaluate sales policies and deploy plans to ensure product/brand sales volumes and profit targets are met.
  • Prioritize and coordinate sales activities and inform customers of new product/service introductions and prices.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders within and outside the organization.
  • Manage groups of experienced professionals and/or team leaders or supervise large, complex production or operations teams.

Requirements

Education: Master's / Bachelors Degree

Experience: years experience in similar roles, experience in team management.
