Medical Territory Sales Manager

Responsibilities- The Medical Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving the annual sales budget assigned for the Territory, determined by the Regional Sales Manager. He/she will effectively maximize the resources under his/her responsibility and produce the necessary results.
- Closing relationships with heads of nursing and surgery in hospitals and surgical centers, opening sales opportunities inside and outside the operating room.
- Demonstrating in operating rooms the performance of hand protection equipment to healthcare professionals in major hospitals nationwide.
- Responsible for suggesting adjustments in distribution network, proposing new distributors when and where needed.
- Monitoring competition activities and providing relevant information to the company.
- Monitoring the territory assigned, identifying opportunities and risks due to market/economy trends, as well as regulatory issues that could affect our business.
- Supporting the distribution network by providing training necessary to have the sales team updated with Ansell information.
- Responsible for keeping updated the information in Salesforce system.
- Directing technical processes for large projects assigned and penetrating the market in the territories designated.
- Getting to know the products and services that the company has through training, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Managing the efficient administration of the products mix, new products, and positioning of the Ansell brand values to all customers.
- Sharing information about the regional market, implementation of new products, and customers with the Marketing and Procurement Department.
- Providing solutions and support to end-users through calls and training.
- Participating in workshops, trade shows, and general exhibitions.
- Complying with the company's rules and procedures, maintaining the equipment and workplaces clean, and looking after the preservation and organization of the tools and equipment under his/her responsibility.
- A professional with a degree in nursing, health, or related fields.
- Mandatory:
- Knowledge of Medical Health, Safety, and Environment.
- Experience in risk assessment and training.
- Desirable:
- At least 4 years as an Account Manager – Salesforce.
- Office 360, especially Excel proficiency.
- Basic financial mathematics.
- English, minimum Intermediate, able to communicate either written or spoken.
- Interpersonal communication.
- Oral and written communication.
- Ability to speak in public.
- Advanced English / Salesforce.
- Postgraduate in Medical Health, Safety, and Environment.
- Risk Assessment and Prevention / HazMat emergency management studies.
- Sales Competency.
- Travel on assigned territory by land for customer portfolio service, unless air travel is approved by the company.
- International travel for Congresses, Training, etc., as needed by company needs.
- Typically, spends 40%-50% of time in FTF and calls with end/user, 20%-30% with distributors, and rest in administrative work (Salesforce, reporting, etc.).
