About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Automotive Sales Area Manager to join our team at Black Pearl. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop Sales Strategies: Create and implement long-term and short-term sales plans to establish strong business relationships with OEMs, National Sales Companies, Importers, Distributors, and Dealerships.
  • Sales Forecasting: Analyze market trends and develop accurate sales forecasts by month and quarter to ensure the execution of the sales plan.
  • Sales Performance: Achieve assigned sales targets for our products in the designated territory while operating within the assigned expense budget and implementing new product sales programs.
  • Account Development: Penetrate and develop new accounts while maintaining existing business by integrating product/process and application knowledge into a successful territory sales plan.
  • Market Intelligence: Network and gather competitive information, advising management with significant market insights.
  • Product Development: Liaise internally with Designers and Product Engineers to report new product ideas.
  • Operational Responsibilities: The role will involve commercial, operational, project management, customer service, aftersales, and financial responsibilities across the vertical.
  • Customer Service: Act as a single point of contact in the territory for all aspects within the company (Sales, Technical, Customer Service, Aftersales, Warranty, Finance, Logistics).
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in sales and business development in the automotive industry.
  • Strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and develop accurate sales forecasts.
