As a Customer Experience Solutions Strategist working in Bogota, Colombia, you'll be part of a forward-thinking group that crafts go-to-market strategies, creates compelling product messaging, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to launch and promote our products.

Your Key Responsibilities
Create and update product collateral, such as website copy, brochures, case studies, white papers, and sales presentations. Support product launches, campaigns, and events to generate demand and awareness. Measure and report on the effectiveness of product marketing initiatives and optimize them based on data analysis.

Requirements
A Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field is required. We're seeking an experienced professional with 6+ years of experience in product marketing in the customer experience or technology industry. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for crafting and delivering compelling stories. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are necessary for using data to drive decisions. You must have proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Passionate about customer experience and technology, you will thrive in this role.
