Avolution, a renowned global company, is seeking a skilled Customer Success Manager to join its LATAM team.

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and tech-savvy professional to manage the post-sales lifecycle of customers. As a trusted advisor, you will guide clients towards success while building strong relationships and providing exceptional experiences.

About You

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Familiarity with customer-facing customer success, account management, or strategic consulting organizations.
  • Experience working with enterprise customers and executives.
  • Excellent communication skills to convey complex technology-related business issues to diverse audiences.
Responsibilities
  1. Establish a trusted advisor relationship with LATAM clients and drive continued value from our products and services.
  2. Manage the complete customer post-sales lifecycle, working with organizations to establish critical goals and aiding them in achieving their objectives.
  3. Maintain high levels of customer engagement with a focus on satisfaction and loyalty.
  4. Conduct business reviews and client check-ins, suggesting solutions to common customer challenges.
Benefits
