Job Overview

About the Role:
We are seeking an exceptional Customer Support Team Lead to oversee our Colombia customer support team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading teams and providing guidance to ensure exceptional service delivery.

In this role, you will lead a team of customer support specialists, provide guidance and support to ensure exceptional service delivery, assist in building and developing the customer support team, and foster a culture of empathy and excellence within the team.

We're looking for someone with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluency in written and spoken English and Spanish, and strong problem-solving skills. You should be able to manage multiple tasks effectively and prioritize team objectives. A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field is also required. Familiarity with Zendesk, LiveAgent, or Jira is a plus.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of customer support specialists
  • Provide guidance and support to ensure exceptional service delivery
  • Assist in building and developing the customer support team
  • Oversee the resolution of customer inquiries through various channels
  • Foster a culture of empathy and excellence within the team
  • Collaborate with other teams to gather insights and feedback

Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a customer support leadership role in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in written and spoken English and Spanish
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and prioritize team objectives
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
