About the Role:
We are seeking an exceptional Customer Support Team Lead to oversee our Colombia customer support team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading teams and providing guidance to ensure exceptional service delivery.
In this role, you will lead a team of customer support specialists, provide guidance and support to ensure exceptional service delivery, assist in building and developing the customer support team, and foster a culture of empathy and excellence within the team.
We're looking for someone with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluency in written and spoken English and Spanish, and strong problem-solving skills. You should be able to manage multiple tasks effectively and prioritize team objectives. A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field is also required. Familiarity with Zendesk, LiveAgent, or Jira is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of customer support specialists
- Provide guidance and support to ensure exceptional service delivery
- Assist in building and developing the customer support team
- Oversee the resolution of customer inquiries through various channels
- Foster a culture of empathy and excellence within the team
- Collaborate with other teams to gather insights and feedback
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer support leadership role in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Spanish
