We are seeking a results-driven Customer Success Manager to join our dynamic and fast-growing team at Sagan. In this role, you will act as a strategic partner to our clients, ensuring their success and maximizing the value they derive from our platform of solutions.

As a Customer Success Manager, you will own upsells, renewals, and the identification of growth opportunities within your book of business. You will collaborate across various functions, focusing on continuous improvement and delivering exceptional value to every customer.

Our ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with a passion for driving customer success and delivering business results. They have excellent written and verbal communication skills, a strong customer focus, and a solutions-oriented mindset.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain an expert level knowledge of our platform.
  • Manage a portfolio of customer accounts and ensure their overall success from start to finish.
  • Analyze and understand client needs to propose tailored solutions that align with their business goals.
  • Maintain regular communication with customers, including check-ins, training sessions, feedback calls, and more.
  • Cultivate and sustain long-term client relationships to foster trust and loyalty.
  • Drive revenue growth through upsell opportunities and successful contract renewals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve the product and deliver exceptional client outcomes.

  • 3+ years of experience in a related role.

Salary Range:

$3,500 USD per month
