Sezzle is a leading fintech company dedicated to financially empowering the next generation. To address the problem of limited purchasing power for consumers, we've built a payment platform that offers interest-free installment plans at online stores. This increase in purchasing power leads to increased sales and basket sizes for our eCommerce merchants. As the first and only B-Corp in the payments space, our goal is to help everyone pursue financial freedom while investing in social good and ethical initiatives.

We're seeking an experienced Customer Experience Strategist to lead our customer support team in Colombia. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a leadership role in a fast-paced environment and excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Spanish.

The responsibilities of this role include:

  • Leading a team of customer support specialists to ensure exceptional service delivery
  • Assisting in building and developing the customer support team through recruitment efforts and interviews
  • Overseeing the resolution of customer inquiries through various channels
  • Fostering a culture of empathy and excellence within the team
  • Collaborating with other teams to gather insights and feedback, driving continuous improvement in our products and services

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field and be familiar with Zendesk, LiveAgent, or Jira. A strong passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences is essential.
