Responsibilities: As a Customer Success Strategist, you'll oversee the resolution of customer inquiries, foster a culture of empathy and excellence within the team, and collaborate with other teams to improve products and services.
Ideal Experience & Skills: You should have previous experience in a customer support leadership role, excellent communication skills, fluency in English and Spanish, and strong problem-solving skills.
