Solutions Strategist

Buscojobs Colombia is seeking an exceptional Solutions Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze customer inquiries and develop solutions for Unity.
  • Organize and deliver training courses and mentoring sessions for Unity-related solutions.
  • Delve into product presentations to customers (in-house, fairs, etc.) and tradeshows, webinars, seminars covering Unity and Datech solutions products for resellers and their customers.
  • Deliver online training courses (internet) for sales partners and their customers.
  • Provide project support for customer projects (billable).
  • Support Datech staff with Unity product-related topics.
  • Create, document, and publish hard and software benchmarks in the Unity environment.
  • Write product-specific articles for in-house and external professional media (e.g., Datech Portal).
  • Active participation in marketing initiatives conducted by Datech Business Unit for technical, application purposes.
  • Be an Industry / subject matter expert on allocated product group.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, math, or a related field / equivalent applicable experience.
  • Proficient in English (level B2 or higher) required.
  • Experience using Unity, or other real-time 3D engines, in either a production or solutions capacity with either solid C# or C++ skills or tech artist / artist experience.
  • Knowledge of API and any programming language (VB, .NET, Java Script, C++, Python) is mandatory.
  • Knowledge and / or experience of industries served by Unity or other competitors.

Candidates should have excellent communication and presentation skills, strong negotiation skills, and persistence and resilience in a technical high-growth software industry. The estimated salary range for this position is COP 120,000,000 - 200,000,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
