Job Summary
The Customer Experience Strategist will play a crucial role in enhancing the user experience and stages of the player lifecycle. Key responsibilities include:
- Recommending and developing optimal plans for delivery of campaigns, campaign formats, and platforms to grow profitability.
- Enhancing player lifetime value, reducing churn, and implementing relevant CRM strategy.
- Collaborating with content and marketing teams to identify offers to promote and researching/sourcing relevant content to communicate with our player base.
Requirements
- Retention marketing knowledge and passion for team collaboration.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) and Spanish (desired).
- Experience working with creative teams, such as digital design, to prepare visual assets for campaigns.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to prioritize tasks while considering broader implications.
- Familiarity with EDM & other CRM marketing tools (desired) and knowledge of gambling and sports (highly regarded).
