We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Professional to join our team in Bogota, Colombia.
The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for technology and excellent communication skills to provide top-notch customer service via voice and chat services.
About the Role:
- Provide technical support to customers through various channels including voice, chat, text, email, and social media
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology products and trends
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
Requirements:
- 1 year or more of technical support/troubleshooting experience
- Experience with voice, chat, text, email, and social media platforms
- Strong product knowledge of multiple tech support systems and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Intermediate computer skills
