Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering top-notch support to our customers, ensuring prompt resolution of technical issues and exceeding customer satisfaction standards. A key aspect of this role will involve working closely with the Support team to ensure seamless communication and efficient issue escalation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely and effective technical support to customers via various channels, including phone, email, and ticketing systems.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical issues related to Symphonica's products and services, collaborating with internal teams as necessary.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Symphonica's offerings, staying up-to-date with product updates, and new technologies.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to identify and implement process improvements, enhancing overall efficiency and quality of service.
  • Conduct thorough documentation of customer interactions, including resolutions and follow-up actions, within the company's ticketing system.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in technical support, preferably in a similar industry or environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with a strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems, such as Jira, and server hardware configuration.
  • Possess a high level of adaptability, flexibility, and a willingness to learn and grow professionally.
