Salary: $35,000 - $45,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description: As a Technical Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries using phone and email, resolving technical issues, and ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer service and payment requests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to customers via phone and email
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
  • Resolves technical issues and escalates complex cases to senior support staff when necessary
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction

Required Skills and Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken)
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • A strong ability to work in a team environment
