Role Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Application Support Engineer to join our team in the Latin America region. As part of our global support team, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers related to the NielsenIQ Activate product, collaborating with customer success managers and other stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries and technical issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to customers and prospects via a support ticketing system and within Service Level Agreements.
- Research, diagnose, and resolve customer technical issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams to onboard new customers, including users' set-ups and configurations.
- Document knowledge and educate colleagues on technical cases.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and the latest features and functionality.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in English and Spanish.
- Strong SQL background.
