About the Role
">We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Professional to join our team at Quorum Software. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for managing a backlog of customer issues and collaborating with global cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical problems.
Job Description:
">- Manage customer issues from initial ticket receipt through resolution, ensuring timely delivery of excellent customer service
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve issues efficiently and effectively
- Provide after-hours support for critical issues and participate in a formal on-call rotation
- Maintain accurate documentation of software defects and contribute to a knowledge base system
Key Requirements:
">- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field, such as Computer Science, Engineering, or Accounting
- Minimum 1 year of experience in software solution support
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Familiarity with IT Service Management tools, such as Salesforce, ServiceNOW, JIRA, and ADO
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Compensation Package:
">The estimated salary for this position is $50,000 - $70,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
