Job Summary:


Quorum Software is seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Bogota, Colombia. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers, ensuring their experience with our energy software is seamless and efficient.



Key Responsibilities:



  1. Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat, troubleshooting and resolving issues with our software applications.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, enhancing our support services and overall customer experience.
  3. Develop and maintain technical documentation, knowledge base articles, and training materials to facilitate knowledge sharing and onboarding.
  4. Participate in the development and delivery of training sessions, workshops, and webinars to enhance customer knowledge and skills.
  5. Analyze customer feedback and concerns, providing actionable insights to drive product development and improvement.
  6. Work closely with the product development team to identify and prioritize feature requests, ensuring our software meets the evolving needs of our customers.
  7. Contribute to the creation and maintenance of technical documentation, including user manuals, guides, and release notes.
  8. Participate in the development and implementation of ITIL-based processes and procedures to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our support services.
  9. Foster strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional support and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.


Requirements:


To succeed in this role, you will need:



  1. A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  2. At least 3 years of experience in technical support, software development, or a related field.
  3. Strong technical skills in software technologies such as Java, Oracle PL/SQL, and Linux/Windows environments.
  4. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  5. Experience with IT service management tools, such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, JIRA, or ADO.
  6. Fluency in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
