We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will provide top-notch technical assistance to our clients via various communication channels.
Main Responsibilities:
- Resolve technical issues promptly and professionally
- Provide expert advice on troubleshooting and problem-solving techniques
- Gather relevant technical information to resolve complex cases
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of our client's products and services
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and troubleshoot technical issues
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Excellent English communication skills (C1 level)
- Prior experience in tech support or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Technical expertise related to networking (VPN/firewall/Amazon/Azure services)
- Basic understanding of cybersecurity
- Customer-oriented attitude and excellent interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with CRM systems like Zendesk
- Background in computer science or information technology
- Certification in Microsoft, Linux, or Cisco
