Salary and Benefits
The successful candidate can expect a guaranteed salary with uncapped commission potential. Additionally, our competitive package includes a Monday to Friday schedule from 7:30 am to 3:30 pm, delicious daily breakfasts and lunches, support with the work permit application process, and opportunities for learning and development.
Job Description
As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to engage with players from various sportsbook and casino brands, reactivating inactive players, and providing personalized recommendations to increase their engagement and retention. You will also promote bonus campaigns and introduce new games, features, and payment methods to enhance the sports betting/gambling experience.
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have native-level Hindi skills and fluency in English, as well as a passion for sports and the ability to make anyone excited about it. You should also be comfortable striking up engaging conversations and building great relationships over the phone. A good understanding of the iGaming industry and its dynamics would be an added advantage.
