Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Business Development Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating transaction proposals, managing deal execution, and ensuring compliance with process stage gates and approvals.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough due diligence on target companies, analyzing their financials, market position, and potential for growth.
- Evaluate business plans, identify areas of improvement, and develop strategies for success.
- Negotiate definitive agreements, manage stakeholder expectations, and ensure seamless transaction execution.
- Provide administrative direction in the development and review of legal documents, including head of terms, MoUs, and shareholder agreements.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain accurate records.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, Business, or Finance from a recognized international program.
- At least 10-15 years of experience in business development, with a focus on M&A transactions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate complex data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Certified Management Accountant (CMA), or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is advantageous.
We offer a competitive salary package, including:
- A monthly base salary aligned with company employees with similar skills.
- A monthly overbase of 25% of your monthly base salary.
- A benefits supplement of 20% of your monthly base salary after 3 years of service, increasing to 25%, 30%, and 35% after 6 and 12 years, respectively.
- A severance package with a 2-year vest period, providing two weeks' pay per year of service up to five years, and four weeks' pay per year after six years.
- An Employee Share Purchase Plan (ESPP) after 12 months of service, offering a maximum purchase equal to 10% of your monthly base pay with a cap and a 20% share discount.
- An Incentive Plan based on performance, approximately 1.8 times your monthly base salary.
- A travel allowance of $8,200 per household member over 11 years old residing in Saudi Arabia and $6,000 per household member under 11 years old.
- Vacation and paid holidays, including 38 vacation days, four travel days, and 11-13 paid holidays.
- A Medical/Dental Plan providing complimentary in-Kingdom Johns Hopkins medical care and facilities for employees and eligible family members.
- An Educational Assistance Plan (EAP) covering 90% of expenses up to a maximum of five times your monthly base salary or the company max ($48,500), plus three round-trip economy air travel tickets.
- A Settling-in Allowance of 100% of your monthly base salary for families and 60% for singles/bachelors.
