Salary and Benefits
">The successful candidate can expect a competitive monthly base salary – aligned with company employees with similar skills, with opportunities for growth through a monthly overbase payment of 25% of their monthly base salary. Additionally, a benefits supplement of 20% of their monthly base salary will be provided after 3 years of service, increasing to 25% after 6 years and 30% after 12 years. A severance package with a 2-year vest period is also included, offering 2 weeks' pay for each year of service up to 5 years and 4 weeks' pay for each year after. Employment tax implications are minimal due to the company's policies, and an Employee Share Purchase Plan (ESPP) is available after 12 months of service, with a maximum purchase equal to 10% of their monthly base pay. An Incentive Plan based on performance offers approximately 1.8 times their monthly base salary annually, along with a travel allowance of around $8,200 per household member 11+ years old residing in Saudi Arabia and $6,000 per household member under 11 years old. Vacation and paid holidays total 38 vacation days, 4 travel days, and 11-13 paid holidays, while medical and dental plans provide complimentary in-Kingdom care from Johns Hopkins medical facilities and subsidized in-Kingdom dental services. Finally, an Educational Assistance Plan covers 90% of expenses up to the lesser of 5 times their monthly base salary or $48,500, plus 3 round-trip economy air travel tickets for children under college age, with 2 round-trip economy air travel tickets for college-age children.
Job Description
">This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned business development professional to join LHR Americas as a Strategic Business Development Manager - Finance. The successful candidate will direct activities related to sourcing, screening, analyzing, planning, and developing business ventures or portfolios of ventures, including initiation, closing, and transition. They will provide high-level professional expertise in the development and management of new business ventures, handling proposals valued up to $500MM or larger. This role involves working under self-direction and directing a staff of 3 to 12 professionals toward pre-determined long-term objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications
">To be successful in this position, candidates should hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or an equivalent field. A minimum of 12 years of experience is required, along with certification such as CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst), CMA (Certified Management Accountant), or PMP (Project Management Professional). Industry expertise and knowledge of specific business transactions and venturing activities are essential, particularly in areas like operational or financial carve-out, commercialization, joint venture development and management, project development and execution, valuation, economic/financial modeling, business operations and maintenance, and strategy development and execution. Expertise in financial analysis of companies and transaction valuation is also necessary, as is focused knowledge and experience in one or more areas like carve-out divestment, financial restructuring, or initial public offering (IPO).

">LHR Americas uses a rigorous selection process to identify the best candidates for this role. The process begins with resume evaluation, where our team assesses whether your experience and skills match the job description requirements. If your resume meets the criteria, you will be invited to a preliminary phone/video interview, which will also evaluate your English language proficiency. If you progress to the next stage, your resume will be submitted to our client for approval. If approved, you will participate in a face-to-face interview with our client, which may include technical questions and a behavioral evaluation. Additional video interviews with hiring managers may also be conducted to further assess your qualifications. The final step is a conditional offer of employment, subject to medical examinations and obtaining permission to secure a visa to work and reside in-country.
