We are looking for a top-tier talent to join our team full-time as a Business Development Representative. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads and appointment opportunities through cold calling and utilizing automation tools for efficient lead management.

The successful candidate will have experience with GHL (Go High Level) strategies, bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, and a background in a call center or real estate calling. They will also utilize Google Maps to engage potential clients and follow up with leads to nurture relationships and drive conversions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting cold calling to generate leads and appointment opportunities
  • Utilizing automation tools for efficient lead management
  • Implementing SMS prospecting strategies to engage potential clients
  • FOLLOWING UP WITH LEADS TO NURTURE RELATIONSHIPS AND DRIVE CONVERSIONS
  • Utilizing GHL (Go High Level) strategies to qualify and prioritize leads
