Growth Era is a leading Sales Development as a Service and growth solutions company with a passion for generating high-quality sales meetings for a wide range of organizations.

We are seeking a seasoned Sales Development Representative to join our team in the United States. As a Senior Sales Development Representative, you will play a pivotal role in driving our clients' success by managing and optimizing outreach efforts.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads by engaging prospective buyers via cold call, cold email, and LinkedIn to schedule qualified meetings.
  • Identify the needs of prospective buyers.
  • Build long-term trusting relationships with prospective buyers to qualify leads as sales opportunities.
  • Schedule meetings between prospects and our clients.
  • Be accountable for weekly, monthly, and quarterly results.
  • Maintain accurate and timely notes of all lead interactions within the CRM application.
  • Participate in discovery meetings.
  • Participate in weekly coaching and development meetings.

Qualifications:

  • Have 2+ years in a high-velocity sales environment as a top-performing SDR/BDR.
  • C1+ English Level.
  • Have high proficiency in English within a business environment.
  • Have been successful working for a U.S.-based Tech company selling into U.S. prospects, with a strong focus on cold calling.
  • Experience with CRM and SEP software.
  • Proficient with MS Outlook/G Suite.

Key Metrics:

  • Meeting volume: six to 12 new sales-qualified attended meetings per month.
  • Ability to work with two clients in different industries.
