The primary purpose of this role is to position our Human Experience Management portfolio in the territory, spanning from business development and opportunity hunting to closing sales cycles with existing and new customers. To achieve this, you will leverage lead generation campaigns within prospects and existing customers, build strong customer relationships, and maintain accurate CRM pipelines.
This role requires a deep understanding of HR strategies and the ability to identify, pursue, and close sales opportunities. You will work closely with presales experts, implementation consultants, and business partners to drive teamwork and deliver results.
We are looking for an experienced sales professional who can grow our HXM Success Factors installed base in the territory, generate opportunities through lead generation campaigns, and leverage sales initiatives to create demand generation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve overall revenue goal by creating a complete territory business plan that generates at least 3.5x quota in pipeline opportunity
- Identify and qualify opportunities, develop and drive strategy
- Create and nurture senior executive relationships
- Work with the Sales Manager and team to develop and execute programs to drive pipeline & close deals
- Run large sales cycles based opportunities as directed by the Regional Sales Lead
To be successful in this role, you will need to have 8+ years of experience selling business Cloud solutions, proven track record in target achievement, and a Bachelor's degree in related fields (Business / Engineering or Technology). Completion of Sales Methodology training is preferred.
