Sales Vertical Development Manager

We are seeking a skilled Sales Vertical Development Manager to join our team at inDrive.Couriers. This role will be responsible for leading and managing the B2B sales teams in Mexico, Ecuador, Colombia, and Peru. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing and executing effective sales strategies, analyzing sales performance, and training and developing sales teams.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will develop and execute business development strategies to drive growth for inDrive.Couriers. This includes identifying key opportunities for potential B2B customers, conducting market research on growth topics, and project management for business development initiatives. The candidate will also work closely with other departments, including marketing, analytics, legal, and finance, to ensure compliance and budget management.
Responsibilities- Lead and manage B2B sales teams in Mexico, Ecuador, Colombia, and Peru.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive growth.
- Analyze sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Train and develop sales teams to achieve sales targets.
- Conduct market research on growth topics and identify key opportunities for potential B2B customers.
- Project management for business development initiatives.
- Closely collaborate with other departments, including marketing, analytics, legal, and finance, to ensure compliance and budget management.
- 4+ years of experience in B2B business development.
- Excellent project management skills.
- Excellent team player with experience working in cross-functional environments.
- Natural leadership skills with ability to grow and develop teams and peers.
- Data-driven approach with ability to analyze sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience. We also provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
