At NielsenIQ, we're seeking a talented Technical Support Specialist to join our global support team in Latin America. This exciting opportunity will allow you to provide exceptional technical support to customers related to our cutting-edge NIQ Activate product.

About the Role

We're looking for a detail-oriented individual with great communication skills to work in a fast-paced environment. As a Technical Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing enterprise-level technical external and internal support to customers and prospects via our support ticketing system within SLAs;
  • Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and identifying solutions to resolve customer technical issues;
  • Collaborating internally to support the technical onboarding of new customers, including users' set-ups, configurations, etc.;
  • Documenting knowledge and educating colleagues and teammates on technical cases;
  • Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and the latest features and functionality.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, industrial engineering, or an equivalent field;
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong understanding of SQL;
  • The ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment, with multiple interfaces and tasks;
  • Fluency in English and Spanish, with a good level of spoken and written proficiency;
  • A willingness to work outside regular business hours from time to time.
