Job Overview

This role involves providing technical support related to our innovative NIQ Activate product, collaborating with customer success managers and stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries, and fulfilling incoming requests such as user setups and configurations.

Responsibilities

  • Provide enterprise-level technical external and internal support via a support ticketing system within SLAs.
  • Research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and identify solutions to resolve customer technical issues.
  • Collaborate internally and support the technical onboarding of new customers, including user setups, configurations, and product knowledge transfer.
  • Document knowledge and educate colleagues on technical cases.
  • Keep current with product knowledge and the latest features and functionality.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, industrial engineering, or equivalent.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Great written and verbal client communication skills.
  • Good level of written and spoken English and Spanish.
  • Strong SQL background.
  • Ability to work outside of business hours from time to time.
  • Team spirit, self-motivation, and a positive attitude.

Salary

The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
