Job Description
We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Technical Support Specialist for Consumer Intelligence to join our team in the Latin America region. As part of our global support team, you will provide technical support to customers related to our innovative NIQ Activate product, working closely with NielsenIQ customer success managers and other stakeholders to resolve customer inquiries and technical issues efficiently. Your role will involve troubleshooting and resolving customer technical issues, configuring products, and providing enterprise-level technical support to customers and prospects via a support ticketing system. You will also be responsible for collaborating with internal teams, supporting the technical onboarding of new customers, and documenting knowledge to educate colleagues on technical cases.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, or a related field. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills are essential, along with a strong customer service orientation and excellent written and verbal communication skills. You must have a good level of written and spoken English and Spanish, as well as strong SQL background. Additionally, you should be willing to work outside of business hours from time to time and have a positive attitude with a strong team spirit.

Salary
The estimated salary for this role is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. The salary range is based on industry standards and takes into account the location and the level of expertise required for the position.
Location
The role will be based in the Latin America region, with the exact location to be determined based on business needs.
