Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to provide exceptional technical support to our customers in the Latin America region. As a key member of our global support team, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to our innovative NIQ Activate product, working closely with customer success managers and other stakeholders to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a detail-oriented approach to problem-solving. Key responsibilities will include:
- Providing enterprise-level technical support to customers and prospects via a support ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues within established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Researching, diagnosing, and troubleshooting complex technical issues to identify effective solutions, collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and technical support.
- Documenting knowledge and best practices to educate colleagues and teammates on technical cases, promoting a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
- Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and latest features, ensuring a high level of technical expertise to deliver exceptional customer support.
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- A Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to customers and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in SQL and a strong understanding of technical concepts related to the NIQ Activate product.
- A willingness to work outside of regular business hours, as needed, to ensure timely support to customers.
