We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Engineer to provide exceptional technical support to our customers. This role involves troubleshooting, resolving, and preventing technical issues related to our innovative NIQ Activate product.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide technical support to customers via our support ticketing system
  2. Research, diagnose, and resolve customer technical issues
  3. Collaborate with internal teams to onboard new customers and ensure seamless technical support
  4. Document knowledge and educate colleagues on technical cases
  5. Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and latest features
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, or equivalent
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and written skills
  • Proficient in SQL and Spanish language
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment and outside business hours
