Technical Support Specialist for Retail Analytics

We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Support Specialist to join our Retail Analytics team at NielsenIQ. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our customers, ensuring they receive timely and effective assistance with their product queries and technical issues.
Our ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills, a background in IT, and excellent communication skills. They will be detail-oriented, organized, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
The Technical Support Specialist will be responsible for:
- Providing technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat, resolving their queries and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborating with internal teams to identify and resolve technical issues, and providing recommendations for product improvements
- Documenting knowledge and best practices to share with colleagues and other stakeholders
- Staying up-to-date with product knowledge, features, and functionality to provide accurate and effective support
As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be working closely with our customers, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure seamless support and high customer satisfaction. **Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- Strong problem-solving skills, with experience in technical support or software implementation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Knowledge of SQL and Linux systems, with experience in troubleshooting and problem-solving
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with flexibility to work outside of regular business hours as needed
**Nice to Have:**
- Experience in SAAS environments, with knowledge of ETL processes
- Business orientation in the retail domain, with knowledge of consumer intelligence and analytics
**Benefits:**
