**Point Sales Support Lead***:
**Desarrollar la gestión comercial de los vendedores focalizados de la zona a cargo, para alinearlos a las estrategias de la compañía y ejecución de la venta en el canal de superetes.**:
**Acerca del rol**:
Liderar la gestión comercial del equipo a cargo, enfocado hacia la ejecución en campo, gestionando los fundamentales de la venta tales como: Distribución Numérica, Portafolio, Referencias Claves, Presupuesto del vendedor, Visibilidad en el Punto de venta, Clientes oportunidad, Retroalimentación de las oportunidades y planes de Acción ejecutables en un tiempo determinado, con foco el canal Supermercados en la zona del Valle del Cauca.

**Qué harás**:

- Acompañar en campo la fuerza de ventas tercerizadas, identificando fortalezas y oportunidades de mejora desde (Conocimiento de producto y las estrategias de marcas, Ejecución de las estrategias en PDV, Negociación, Manejo de objeciones) para garantizar el cumplimiento de los indicadores.
- Retroalimentar las oportunidades encontradas y generar acciones con seguimiento para ejecutar la estrategia en campo.
- Seguimiento al comportamiento de los indicadores de la venta del equipo.
- Presentación del Portafolio objetivo por Cluster del PDV- Manejo y colocación POP en el PDV.
- Seguimiento al presupuesto sell out.
- Seguimiento a activaciones productos claves.
- Seguimiento a planes o actividades puntuales de las marcas.

**Quien eres**:

- Un tecnólogo, con interés en seguir creciendo y desarrollándose profesional y académicamente.
- Con una experiência mínima de dos (2) años en compañías de consumo masivo, en el manejo del canal supermercado y tradicional (tat).
- Conocimiento y experiência de la zona: Valle del Cauca y Norte del Valle.
- Habituado a la presentación de informes y análisis de información para generar seguimiento a los indicadores.
- Manejo de Excel intermedio (tablas dinámicas, gráficos).
- Contar con un medio de transporte (moto o vehículo).
