About the Role
This is a business partner focused on sales for North Wacam (Colombia, Ecuador, Central America and the Caribbean). The successful candidate will have previous experience as an HR business partner and a focus on sales, where they will perform their expertise. Fluency in English is required, along with technological skills and a transformational mindset that adds value to the business.

Responsibilities
The Sales Lead Strategic Partnership North America will support and partner with senior leaders to drive strategic growth and workforce performance. Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting and partnering with senior leaders on the definition and execution of global and local policy and change initiatives.
  • Partnering with function leads and middle managers to collaborate on creating and delivering functional priorities and plans.
  • Leveraging data analytics to drive business solutions and decisions.
  • Leading and advising on talent management practices within assigned business units.

They should bring experience and knowledge in HR leadership, broad generalist HR skills across a range of populations, ability to develop strong partnerships with function leaders, and the ability to create and lead complex change strategies.
