Sales Lead Generation Specialist

At Adcomm MDU SAS, we are seeking a skilled Sales Lead Developer to join our team in Cali, Colombia. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and nurturing new business opportunities, focusing on outbound prospecting to find potential clients.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in lead generation and sales, with experience working with Western companies. You will be expected to provide visionary support to the sales team, setting clear objectives and fostering a customer-centric culture.
To be successful in this role, you will need to maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate individual performance, implement effective systems for developing sales leads, provide feedback, and issue resolution. You will also be responsible for continuously assessing and enhancing lead generation processes to meet and exceed company expectations.
We offer a competitive salary of COP 80,000,000 - 120,000,000 per year, making this an exciting opportunity for those looking to advance their careers in sales and lead generation.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing visionary support to the sales team
- Maintaining KPIs to evaluate individual performance
- Implementing effective systems for developing sales leads
- Continuously assessing and enhancing lead generation processes
- Analyzing customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Establishing and maintaining quality assurance standards for customer interactions
- Conducting regular reviews and evaluations to ensure consistency and adherence to company policies and standards
Requirements include:
- Advanced level of English (C1)
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience and knowledge in Lead Generation and Sales
- Prior experience working with Western companies is preferred
- Prior experience in the healthcare or hospitality industry is a plus
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities
- Knowledge of Cold Calling, CRM Systems such as Salesforce, Microsoft 365 applications, and Pipeline Management
