Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients post-sale, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved promptly.
- Manage customer accounts, including overseeing order processing and logistics coordination.
- Facilitate communication between clients and internal teams, ensuring a smooth flow of information.
- Assist in the development and production of marketing materials, using graphic design skills when necessary.
- Analyze sales and account performance to proactively address any challenges or opportunities.
- Provide support to the sales and marketing teams as needed, contributing to overall company goals.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in sales support, account management, or customer service roles.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in order processing and logistics management.
- Graphic design skills and experience with design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.

**Experience**:

- Account Manager: 1 year (preferred)
- Sales Support: 2 years (preferred)
