Lead Generation Specialist

**Open Access Insurance is hiring for a Lead Generation specialist to join our growing team.**
**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Lead Identification**: Research and identify potential leads through various sources, including online research, industry databases, social media, and networking events.
- **Lead Qualification**: Assess and qualify leads based on predefined criteria to ensure they meet the company's target customer profile.
- **Database Management**: Maintain and update the lead database with accurate information, including contact details, interactions, and status updates.
- **Follow-Up**: Follow up with leads to nurture relationships, address inquiries, and move them through the sales funnel.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align lead generation strategies with overall business objectives and ensure a seamless handoff of qualified leads.
- **Reporting**: Track and report on lead generation activities, metrics, and performance. Provide insights and recommendations for improving lead generation efforts.
- **Market Research**: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to effectively target and engage potential leads.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- **Experience**: Proven experience in lead generation, sales, or a related role. Experience with CRM software and lead generation tools is a plus.
- **Skills**:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with potential clients.
- Proficiency in using lead generation and CRM software.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Results-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
- Fluent in Both English and Spanish
- **Attributes**:
