Lead Generation and Sales Specialist in Healthcare

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Generation and Sales Specialist to join our team at Adcomm MDU Services, LLC. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and nurturing new business opportunities, with a focus on outbound prospecting to find potential clients.
- Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies to meet and exceed company expectations.
- Provide visionary support to the sales team, setting clear objectives and fostering a customer-centric culture.
- Maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate individual performance.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and execution.
- Establish and maintain quality assurance standards for customer interactions.
The ideal candidate should possess:
- Advanced level of English (C1).
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience and knowledge in Lead Generation and Sales.
- Prior experience working with Western companies is preferred.
- Prior experience in the healthcare industry or hospitality industry is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
Salary range: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
