We are an extensive an capable company, recognized for the differential value we bring to empower our clients and their customers.
- We are looking for an ambitious and energetic local sales manager to join our sales team to help us expand our merchants in Cali or Pereira, Colombia.

**What you will be doing**:

- Help developing a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
- Focus on hunting and farming of new merchants
- Be owner of the whole sales and operation process
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
- Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.
- Keep records of sales.
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
- Build long-term relationships with new customers.

**Requirements**:

- + 2 years of proven experience working in inbound and outbound sales, or as a Business Development Manager, Sales Executive or relevant role.
- Previous working experience in payment industry is a plus
- Proven sales track record
- Advance English is a plus
- Market knowledge
- Communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build rapport
- Time management and planning skills
