  • Llevar KPIs de la gestión: Forecast Accuracy, Importaciones, Cobertura de Inventarios, Nivel de Servicio, E&O y Global Trade Compliance.
  • Coordinar actividades de compra e importación de medical devices y repuestos.

Responsabilidades Frente al SG SST

  • Procurar el cuidado integral de su salud.
  • Liderar el proceso de S&OP con las unidades de negocio (BU)
  • Planear el suministro y asegurar el seguimiento y despacho con cada una de las plantas
  • Garantizar el cumplimiento de la normatividad OEA
  • Coordinar el proceso de importación (agencia de aduanas y operador logístico) garantizando el cumplimiento de la normatividad local y corporativa (Global Trade Compliance)
  • Llevar KPIs de la gestión: Forecast Accuracy, Importaciones, Cobertura de Inventarios, Nivel de Servicio, E&O y Global Trade Compliance.
  • Coordinar actividades de compra e importación de medical devices y repuestos.

Responsabilidades como Líder OEA

  • Ser el contacto y canal de comunicación de la empresa con las autoridades de control en las acciones relacionadas con el Operador Económico Autorizado.
  • Verificar el oportuno y estricto cumplimiento de las condiciones, requisitos y obligaciones del Operador Económico Autorizado.
  • Controlar y verificar periódicamente la ejecución de las medidas de seguridad adoptadas por la empresa, así como la información suministrada por los asociados de negocio.
  • Realizar los estudios necesarios para determinar si una operación inusual en las operaciones de comercio exterior reviste el carácter de sospechosa.
  • Informar a las directivas de la empresa acerca de las posibles fallas u omisiones en los controles para la prevención de actividades delictivas, que comprometan la responsabilidad de los empleados y de la empresa.
  • Atender y coordinar cualquier requerimiento, solicitud o diligencia de las autoridades de control en materia de condiciones, requisitos y obligaciones como Operador Económico Autorizado.
  • Implementar los procedimientos generales y específicos que considere adecuados para hacer más efectiva su labor.
  • Las demás que le sean asignadas. Las actividades del Representante – Líder OEA son conforme al numeral 7 del artículo 15 del Decreto 3568 de 2011.

Requisitos:

  • Formación Profesional: Ingeniería Industrial, Administración de Empresas o carrera afines.
  • Experiencia mínima de 5 años en cargos de Compras, Logística y/o Supply Chain.
  • Idiomas: Inglés intermedio-avanzado
  • Paquete Office y conocimiento en SAP, Excel avanzado.
