We are currently seeking a Operations Booking Coordinator to enhance our operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Process incoming booking requests through various channels.
- Manage modifications or cancellations to bookings and ensure system updates.
- Address customer inquiries regarding booking procedures.
- Dispatch confirmation notifications to clients once bookings are finalized.
- Collaborate with different departments to guarantee smooth service delivery.
- Maintain precise records of customer profiles.
- Adhere to company policies, regulations, and quality standards related to health and safety.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in the logistics and operations sector is advantageous.
- Proficient communication skills in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficient in computer applications, especially Microsoft Office Suite.
