Key Responsibilities
In collaboration with the HRIS Manager, you will oversee the global network of personnel responsible for entering and maintaining HR data, ensuring accuracy and compliance with the Company's HR Master Data Management process.
• Ensure the effective operation of the HRIS (primarily utilizing the Oracle HCM suite), which includes system maintenance and upgrades.
• Provide analytical support and system solutions to meet the diverse needs of HRIS users.
• Act as the primary contact for daily HRIS operations, assisting HR staff and new users.
• Generate data extracts and reports, ensuring data integrity and compliance with the Company's HR Master Data Management process.
• Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for new users on HRIS functionalities.
• Collaborate with HR team members to enhance systems and tools that support global HR processes, including annual compensation planning, talent reviews, succession planning, recruitment, and organizational development, while driving operational excellence and standardization across HR processes.
• Advocate for user experience with HR systems, defining enhancement requirements and validating improvements.
• Perform additional responsibilities as needed.
Qualifications
• A Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
• 3-5 years of experience in systems operation or administration, with a focus on interdepartmental collaboration.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and results.
• Solid understanding of HR processes and data management.
• Familiarity with HR Payroll, Finance, and IT business processes and their impact on HR systems.
• Ability to convey technical information clearly and effectively.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Capacity to work independently in a self-directed environment.
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
