Key Responsibilities
- Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with distributors and essential stakeholders, ensuring a cohesive team dynamic across various functional areas.
- Market Insight: Develop a comprehensive understanding of local market trends and dynamics to identify new opportunities and challenges.
- Sales Excellence: Implement strategic sales practices in alignment with the company's objectives, ensuring timely execution of action plans and compliance with service agreements.
- Tactical Planning: Collaborate with product and business unit managers to design and oversee tactical plans for distributors, ensuring effective execution.
- Distributor Engagement: Conduct regular visits to key distributors, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring the implementation of strategic selling practices.
- Financial Strategy: Work with distributors to develop financial planning strategies, overseeing the financial aspects of purchase orders and credit processes.
- Opportunity Identification: Proactively search for and evaluate new business opportunities, providing support for critical initiatives.
- Pricing Strategy: Collaborate with the Commercial Director to define pricing strategies and analyze special commercial quotations.
- Business Reviews: Conduct thorough analyses of commercial and financial performance, adjusting strategic and tactical plans as necessary.
- Documentation Support: Assist distributors in accessing necessary regulatory and operational documentation.
- Customer Service Oversight: Ensure high-quality customer service and coordinate with various stakeholders to resolve issues efficiently.
- Logistics and Payment Monitoring: Oversee payment processes and logistics to ensure a smooth supply chain.
- Agreement Compliance: Negotiate and monitor distribution agreements in alignment with company policies.
- Macroeconomic Awareness: Stay informed about economic and political trends affecting the healthcare sector.
- Compliance Adherence: Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a scientific or biomedical field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a distribution network within the region.
- Experience in the IVD, Medical, or Pharmaceutical industry.
- Proficiency in Spanish and English.
- Strong leadership and financial acumen.
