Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.

• A minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• An MBA is highly preferred.

• At least 2 years of experience in the medical device sector or Medical Education is desired.

• Exceptional presentation and interpersonal communication skills are essential.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are necessary.

• Capability to manage multiple projects while adhering to deadlines is crucial.

• Persuasiveness in the absence of formal authority is important.

• Ability to navigate complex interdivisional procedures and policies is required.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) is expected.
