About the role and the Partnerships team

As a Partnerships Manager, you'll be a part of an ambitious team responsible for building an nurturing our partner ecosystem. You'll build close relationships with partners in your region to fuel Teamtailor's revenue growth on a global level.

Latam is a fairly new region in terms of building partnerships and the Partnerships Manager role will be focused on building a high performing partner portfolio. Regardless of partner type you will work to consistently ensure new partner sourced opportunities and work towards mutually beneficial partner collaborations. 

You'll be a part of the Partnerships Team which currently has 9 members around the world and you'll work closely with our Head of Partnerships (Gabrielle) and the rest of the team (Matilda, Nate, Isaia-Nils, Rebecca, Joel, Victoria, Janelle and Isla). You will also work very closely with the regional team in Latam.

Your key responsibilities will be to:
  • Build and nurture a strong revenue creating portfolio of partners in your region 
  • Manage and build long-term strategic business relationships to create win-win-win situations
  • Lead strategic thinking on how we accelerate our growth through partnerships in your region 
  • To drive revenue growth through partnerships in Latam
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Product, Sales, and Customer Success to identify and take action on partner needs and growth opportunities
  • Develop and maintain a high level of knowledge about industry benchmarks and our application and service
  • Co-Develop and maintain the Go-to-market strategy for Latam
  • Own and execute on partner marketing activities within your region
