As a part of our growth strategy, we are seeking a dedicated International Sales Manager to drive our expansion in the LATAM region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and acquire new business partners in international markets, fostering strong business relationships.
- Maintain regular communication with clients, ensuring effective collaboration within the designated region.
- Oversee the sales strategy and ensure its successful implementation.
- Manage the budget effectively for the LATAM market.
- Provide comprehensive support to international clients, including travel for business engagements (approximately 40% of the role).
- Conduct monthly sales performance analysis for the region.
- Develop and execute both short-term and long-term strategic plans.
- Perform market research and analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
- Monitor the competitive landscape and collaborate with the R&D team to enhance our product offerings.

Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience in sales within international markets.
- Fluency in Spanish and English is essential.
- A degree in business, economics, or a related field, preferably with a focus on electronics or telecommunications.
- Strong negotiation skills and a proven ability to build lasting relationships.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with clients.
- Team-oriented with a capacity for quick learning.
- Creative problem-solving abilities.
- Strong organizational skills, independence, and commitment to tasks.
- Willingness to travel internationally (around 40% of the role).
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Valid driver's license.
