Role Overview

The Partnership Development Manager serves as a key individual contributor, reporting directly to the Regional Head of Partnerships. This role is pivotal in managing a designated portfolio of existing partners with a proactive approach, focusing on account strategy, lead generation, joint marketing initiatives, partner enablement, and performance forecasting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the acquisition of new partners in alignment with regional sales strategies, while actively managing and expanding existing partnerships to meet defined revenue and profit objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with partnership agreements and promote the adoption of company programs among assigned partners.
  • Build and nurture high-value relationships with partners and customers, facilitating onboarding processes as per established guidelines.
  • Ensure that Infobip solutions and sales strategies deliver significant value to partners within the assigned portfolio.
  • Oversee access to the Partner Portal and related resources, monitoring usage and managing license allocations effectively.
  • Organize partnership-related events and initiatives aimed at enhancing relationships with partners.
  • Develop local connections with partners and facilitate interactions with internal resources as necessary.
  • Monitor partner sales cycles and assist in acquiring new customers for a designated set of underperforming partners.
  • Drive customer acquisition and partner growth through diligent management of partnerships and collaboration with Infobip's sales teams across relevant markets.
  • Exhibit market knowledge and a comprehensive understanding of partner organizations, identifying ways for them to leverage Infobip products and services to achieve their goals.
  • Forecast business growth, analyze existing partner relationships, and pinpoint further growth opportunities, implementing strategies through regular performance review sessions.
  • Achieve assigned quarterly targets through effective management of existing and prospective partnerships.
  • Proactively lead joint planning processes with partners to establish mutual performance objectives and critical milestones, reporting to the Regional Head of Strategic Partnerships when targets are at risk.
  • Identify opportunities for partners to maximize program benefits, ensuring that resources are utilized effectively to enhance ROI for Infobip.
  • Ensure the execution of the Partner certification program aligns with established standards and membership levels.
