About the Role:

TikTok is in search of an Agency Partnerships Manager for the Peruvian Market to support our operations from the Colombia office.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in cross-network solutions sales and a proven ability to engage and influence executive-level clients to generate new business.

The candidate should have operational insights into agencies within the Big 6 and experience in managing executive stakeholders across Social, Video, Mobile, and Digital teams.

A demonstrated history of scaling agency investments is essential. Above all, the candidate must have a solid track record of cultivating strong relationships with key agency executives.

This role will require collaboration with members of the TikTok sales organization to onboard priority accounts and transition agency partners from vendor to partner status.

You will bring a creative mindset, meticulous attention to detail, and strategic insight in your approach to establishing and nurturing long-term business partnerships with Agencies and Advertising Technology partners.


Responsibilities:
  • Identify, prioritize, and secure business opportunities;
  • Ensure our agency partners receive exceptional sales and operational customer service;
  • Educate agencies on TikTok products and best practices;
  • Drive revenue for TikTok by pursuing partnerships across various agency teams;
  • Utilize a consultative approach by providing strategic media solutions to all partners/clients;
  • Create compelling sales propositions using internal and external data for respective regions;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to structure and execute operational and strategic initiatives;
  • Develop and implement best practices for client interaction, sales, and services;
  • Craft persuasive sales presentations utilizing market trends and case studies;
  • Onboard new agencies and their clients.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Willingness to work in Bogota.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, brand advertising, media sales, and/or online advertising.
  • Familiarity with self-serve platforms, auctions, and biddable forms of digital advertising.
  • Proficient in Spanish and English with strong writing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets.
  • Ability to thrive in a highly dynamic, rapidly evolving environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with media agencies as partners or clients, or relevant roles within media agencies.
  • Knowledge of the Peruvian media landscape and key players in the market.
  • Data-driven mindset, comfortable with data analysis tools.
  • Passion for TikTok marketing and enthusiasm for building initiatives from the ground up.
  • Demonstrated success in gaining the support of key stakeholders in the tech/media sector.
