The Telecom Partnerships Manager is a key contributor in the region responsible for driving both short-term and long-term profitable engagements for the organization by expanding Infobip's telecom partnership network. This role involves identifying new business avenues with telecom operators in the designated market, fostering relationships that facilitate acquisition and successful collaborations, and ensuring a smooth transition of telecom handovers to the assigned PGM in a timely manner. The individual in this position should possess strong business development acumen and excel in presentation and commercial interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

Discovering new growth opportunities and revenue-generating business Recognizing and developing potential business opportunities Finalizing business deals and opportunities Realizing and monetizing secured opportunities Conducting market and industry analysis Monitoring market and industry developments Gathering and relaying market insights to internal product and solution teams Assisting the Telecom Licensing team by collecting information on local telecommunications regulations through engagement with local telecom operators or regulatory entities; Preparing necessary documentation for telecoms regarding specific services when required

The Telecom Partnerships Manager collaborates with various departments within the organization to execute defined products and solutions, align with business strategies, and facilitate partnership expansion to achieve set business objectives.

With a background in the telecommunications sector, the individual in this role is dedicated to understanding Infobip's solutions and business operations; consulting with senior colleagues and experts on assigned projects and operators; and actively seeking information to enhance their industry knowledge on a daily basis.

Qualifications:

Familiarity with the Messaging Ecosystem (AP/PP), with knowledge of CPaaS/SaaS being advantageous. Excellent proficiency in both written and spoken English is essential for this role. The ideal candidate should be capable of articulating complex concepts clearly and communicating effectively across various platforms. Experience with telecom service providers.
