Position Overview

The Strategic Partnerships Account Manager is a key individual contributor who reports directly to the Regional Head of Partnerships. This role is essential for the proactive management of an assigned portfolio of existing partners, focusing on account planning, lead generation, joint marketing initiatives, partner enablement, and forecasting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the acquisition of new partners at local and regional levels, aligning efforts with headquarters and regional sales management.
  • Manage and expand existing partnerships to achieve defined revenue and gross profit objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with partner agreements and promote the adoption of company programs among assigned partners.
  • Establish and nurture high-value relationships with partners and customers, facilitating a smooth onboarding process.
  • Ensure that Infobip solutions and sales strategies deliver value to partners within the designated portfolio.
  • Provide access to essential resources such as the Partner Portal and monitor usage of licenses, ensuring optimal utilization.
  • Organize partnership-related events and initiatives to enhance relationships with partners.
  • Develop local connections with partners and facilitate access to internal resources as needed.
  • Monitor sales cycles of partners and assist in acquiring new customers for underperforming partners.
  • Drive customer acquisition and partner growth through effective management of partnerships and collaboration with Infobip's sales representatives.
  • Exhibit market expertise and a comprehensive understanding of partner organizations to help them achieve their objectives through Infobip's offerings.
  • Forecast business growth, analyze existing partner relationships, and identify opportunities for further development through quarterly business reviews.
  • Meet quarterly performance targets through the management of partnerships within the assigned portfolio.
  • Lead a collaborative partner planning process to establish mutual performance objectives and critical milestones.
  • Identify opportunities for partners to leverage program benefits and ensure they maximize ROI for Infobip.
  • Ensure the execution of the Partner certification program aligns with established standards and partner membership levels.
