- Ensure compliance with partner agreements and promote the adoption of company programs among assigned partners.
- Establish and nurture high-value relationships with partners and customers, facilitating a smooth onboarding process.
- Ensure that Infobip solutions and sales strategies deliver value to partners within the designated portfolio.
- Provide access to essential resources such as the Partner Portal and monitor usage of licenses, ensuring optimal utilization.
- Organize partnership-related events and initiatives to enhance relationships with partners.
- Develop local connections with partners and facilitate access to internal resources as needed.
- Monitor sales cycles of partners and assist in acquiring new customers for underperforming partners.
- Drive customer acquisition and partner growth through effective management of partnerships and collaboration with Infobip's sales representatives.
- Exhibit market expertise and a comprehensive understanding of partner organizations to help them achieve their objectives through Infobip's offerings.
- Forecast business growth, analyze existing partner relationships, and identify opportunities for further development through quarterly business reviews.
- Meet quarterly performance targets through the management of partnerships within the assigned portfolio.
- Lead a collaborative partner planning process to establish mutual performance objectives and critical milestones.
- Identify opportunities for partners to leverage program benefits and ensure they maximize ROI for Infobip.
- Ensure the execution of the Partner certification program aligns with established standards and partner membership levels.
